Anu&Co was founded in 2015 by Anupama Rao, a human resources veteran who had witnessed firsthand the chaos families endured trying to find reliable domestic help. She built Anu&Co on a deceptively simple idea: trust must be earned before placement, not assumed after.

Starting with a team of 12 caregivers in Bangalore, we have grown organically — through word of mouth, 4.9 star reviews, and an unwavering refusal to compromise on verification standards — into a pan-India network covering 9 specialized service categories with over 1,200 active professionals.

Today, we serve over 5,000 families and corporates across Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Delhi NCR — and counting.
